I have lived in London for 5 years and in that time dealt with many estate agents as I’ve moved around the city trying to find my long term location. London estate agents have a bad rep for being overbearing and at times really difficult to deal with but Leanne at Tavistock bow was a million miles from that. I’ve had such a positive experience working with her to secure my current flat and cannot help her enough for her hard work and reassurance in helping me get it over the line. She is easily the best agent I’ve dealt with in London and if I have to find a new flat in the future I only want to find it via Tavistock bow and Leanne!

Craig Simpson was simply fantastic in the selling process of our Covent Garden flat. Being our first property sale in the UK, we were underwhelmed to say the least by the other agents’ marketing efforts. He proactively rallied his buyers, though, and being a local agent he had many great potential buyers. Going into the process I thought that going with a ‘larger’ firm would be more effective, but the local nature of Tavistock Bow combined with the drive of Craig was a winning combination. We sold our flat, but we also investigated letting it out, and they even offered much lower fees than the others. Craig was knowledgable, motivated, effective, and a truly nice guy. Couldn’t recommend him and Tavistock Bow more in a frankly awful buying/selling process in London. Full disclosure - we actually sold our flat through another agent, under circumstances irrelevant to this review, but if that situation hadn’t arisen, I know that Craig would have delivered.

Just like magic! That’s all there is to say. Leanne accepted a challenge, no one else was willing to take and she delivered on so many levels. There were many factors making it hard to find a new home including time pressure, but she made things work. The whole experience was smooth and easy. My partner and I found our perfect home. If she can help us, I’m sure she is able to find a flat under easier circumstances as well. She is also an expert on Covent Garden, which helps if you want to find something in this area.
