We are closing the sale on our house this week. Taylor Rose have been amazing with the sale that went through very very quickly. Afshan Naseer in particular dealt with our sale and she was thorough and kept us well informed every step of the way. I can't thank them enough for thier fast efficient service. I would definitely recommend them. The only thing I could possibly complain about is thier telephone system was a bit strange, when they rang me they didn't answer straight away so i said hello quite a few times and the other side was dead no answer... I kept thinking I was getting crank calls..

Ever since they merge the service has been absolutely terrible. specifically the manchester branch i am referring too. They never contact you even when requested and you have to constantly chase them. Lots of false promised and incorrect information. If you have a chose i would not use them and look for another solicitor. i would happily pay twice the amount not to have had to deal with this bunch of cowboys. Watch out for Mark Quinn especially as well as Joanne Lynch. Swee Gee is good when you can get ahold of her but it seems she over worked with too much work load. Which lets down the service she can provide...

Super fraud. We weren’t insinuated until we got to exchanging contracts that Lampton Parkside flats in Hounslow London hold possessory titles. It was a complete scam and we were looted in broad daylight. The solicitor Louise Astley didn’t even have any shame asking for full payment after scamming us till the exchanging date. This was mentally a distress and total shambles working with them. Shameless people! Wish they show some decency and refund our money. Scamsters.

Require constant chasing, sometimes don't reply to emails at all, don't communicate with you about any progress or actions, do things last minute, sale and purchase both with Taylor Rose and the solicitors do not communicate with each other. House sold November, purchase of new home began in January - have not yet exchanged despite no chain.

Absolutely shameful this branch .!! Details to long to get into BUT Purchased a property and the sheer amount of headache alone this company gave me was just incredible.. one of the problems was after completion I was waiting for my land registration documents to come through, 1.5yrs later and I ring them up and ask what’s going on ? They tell me to wait another 7months, why ? So ever so disappointed I sort advise from a legal representative and decided to take action against them !! Turns out land registry only needed a simple extra information before they could sign it off but cause Taylor rose just decided not to do anything a leave it in the file cabinet for 1.5yrs .. and remember I’m paying for this service !!!!! Absolute disgrace !! NEVER will I recommend this company!!!!
