We cannot thank Sam and Liza enough for the care and professionalism that they have shown during our recent sad loss. They both know how to listen - a rare occurrence in this day and age - and provided precisely what was requested. Their recommendations for the floral tribute and venue for after the funeral were superb and the funeral was conducted with dignity and unobtrusive quiet competence. As we had requested that donations be made to the Marie Curie Hospice, Sam and the bearers wore yellow daffodils in their lapels which was both touching and much appreciated. At all times during the planning process we were guided when necessary and kept informed of progress and as a result of the clear communications the funeral ran smoothly according to our plans.
