I have worked with TEAM for several years now and I really can’t fault them. Their whole team are so helpful and we have built up a great relationship. Their Sigma Support Team are fantastic, they are very knowledgeable about their system and work with you to resolve your query. There has been no problem that they haven’t been able to sort for me. Their online Help Centre is very in depth and they have been providing excellent free training sessions for the last few months during the Covid-19 pandemic. We upgraded to their Hosted service last year and it has been a revelation! It has made my job so much easier. Overall, I would really recommend TEAM and I look forward to working with them for many more years.
