Had a very positive outcome with this company. Had 6 windows replaced, beautiful quality and nothing was a problem to any of them. From initially booking quote with Dawn and arranging installation, the whole company maintains customer values and delivers with high standards. Punctual, professional and extremely reliable. Everyone I have dealt with including the owner Andy were nice people, and very genuine. My only regret is that I hadn't used them for my extension windows. We have had alot of comments from neighbours asking who did our Windows so could get a few recommendation bookings in time. My dad and grandad raved about this place. My dad said he would never use another window/door company again. I had a little issue with receiving the wrong door but this was rectified. Quick and clean installation by friendly chaps both times. Communication from the company is lacking a little bit the value for money makes up for that 👍 Would use again.

We contacted Team Valley windows as we had had significant issues with a previous supplied - who had initially quoted a cheaper price, but were clearly unable to actually supply the windows for the quoted price! Team Valley's quote was still very good value when compared with the other companies we approached. Team Valley Windows were fantastic from start to finish: speedy & professional quoting; good communication and time frame expectations regarding installation (about 6 weeks for our Victorian Sliding Sash windows); great installation (just over half a day for 2 upper windows and a 3-window bay). Overall, really professional from start to finish, with a great final result. Would highly recommend, and will use again. Service: Window installation
