Ordered a contact heating cartridge, used it 2-4 hrs and stopped working. Informed company they asked for photo and I am still awaiting a response. Update: informed me to read a detailed spec sheet on how it should be used. I spoke to sales guy at length before buying on intended use, told them this, they couldn't care less. Buy with care from these cowboys. UPDATE: As stated above, I discussed the application and fitting with the sales person in detail as I was unsure which size to buy, then bought the one he recommended. Therefore the company was negligent yet keep ignoring this fact.
