We would recommend them. We have been using them for 10 years. A personal, prompt service, bugs are sorted quickly, staff are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable and the system is pretty robust :I don't think we have had any down time that has been as a result of the system not working except for a pre-planned major hardware upgrade at our practice; the only time we have not been able to use it has been due to our broadband being down or the electrics going off.The costs are pretty reasonable for the level or service & expertise too.
