Rose Experience With Facial Reflexology Thank you Katy I had the most wonderful facial reflexology. Katy put me at ease with her calm and professional manner. Her treatment room was also beautiful and I felt instantly relaxed and my senses were transported to state of calm. The rose experience started with a rose foot bath and a delicious rose tea. Then I laid on the treatment bed which was meticulously clean, comfortable and warm. She then sprayed a beautiful rose mist and Katy led me through a guided meditation around the theme of the rose. I had previously chosen to have facial reflexology instead of foot reflexology. I found Katy was insightful with her knowledge and touch, Katy picked up on the fact I hold tension in my hips and face and I came away feeling instantly more relaxed and calm ( I also slept so well that night!) I was surprised at how light facial reflexology feels, it would be a great alternative if you are uncomfortable having your feet touched. I would love to come back for another treatment and I would love to gift this experience to a friend or family member!

I recently enjoyed the experience of having a reflexology facial. It is not something I have experienced previously but I am so glad that I have. I felt like I went on a journey in and out of consciousness and this is not something I would have expected with a facial, it was more like a full body wellbeing experience. Katy is a fantastic wellbeing therapist very informative and inclusive throughout the process. Providing me with choices of oils that enhanced my senses. I will definitely try other treatments including this one again in the future. Thank you Katy, it was very enjoyable.

First time having a treatment at Temple and Thyme, and it was incredible! Katy the therapist makes you feel so welcomed and I relaxed from the moment I stepped in. She has a beautifully decorated studio with a really calming atmosphere. The session itself was very well explained and the oil blends she’d created were divine. The facial reflexology was just what I needed and I slept better than I have done in ages that night. I’ve already booked in for the same again and can’t wait. Thanks Katy!
