My deposit repayment has been delayed without any reasonable explanation even my landlord already agreed to repay in writing. I called the TDS and the person said their finance team had something wrong and it will be paid in delay. Is this a joke?

Terrible landlord and unhelpful inefficient letting agents caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. Dispute service from TDS solved the issue of greedy lying fraudulent landlord. Tenants need more rights and letting agents should be made to protect them.

Awesome Customer service. Many thanks to all the staff especially Catriona for your help. The Housing agent boasted that I don't have any chance of getting any refund. Thank God for TDS that is there for the vulnerable and helpless. We are happy with the decision.

Bias in the landlords favour. Said I had given a quote for a cleaning booking at the end of the tenancy however it was actually a booking confirmation detailing what was going to be cleaned.
