A huge thank you to Terry, who took the time to explain the problem of a re-occuring fault in my car, make the necessary adjustments to the car to get it back up and running to it's usual send and give me peace of mind all free of charge! I offered to pay for his time but he was just happy that he could help me resolve an issue that had caused a lot of worry and inconvenience. This is the 2nd time Terry has gone out of his way to make sure my car was back on the road safely, the first time was right before christmas, as they were closing the garage, my car broke down funnily enough right outside. He stayed to make sure it was at least parked up and I could figure out my next steps to get it repaired, which of course I asked them to do, even though I previously had another garage I went to, but the kindness he always shown is why I am now a loyal customer 3 years later! Good & honest mechanics are very hard to find. This is where Terry's Ltd come in. I've been using Terry's since 2006 and there is not a garage I would trust with my car other than Terry. A truly amazing service. Most importantly they communicate and give you an honest assessment of issues - which is a refreshing change from other garages. Even though I have moved out of the area I still bring my car here for MOT and service. To Terry (especially) and his team thank you!
