I’m so impressed with the customer service from Tether and Float, so quick and responsive! Not to mention the balloons are amazing. We ordered for the first time last year and the balloons lasted literally for months! This year again, the balloons for Christmas were exceptional, one sadly did start to deflate less than 24hrs after we received them but customer services sent a replacement out the next day! I’d highly recommend Tether and Float. 👍🏼

I have ordered from them before and it was seamless. This time I received my order on a Friday with a balloon deflated which isn't a problem at all because I thought I would just get in touch quickly Monday after the madness of organising a 3-year old's birthday party for the weekend and ask for a refund for this one balloon. Katie, the customer service rep showed no empathy and reminded me that there was a 24 hour policy in place and I couldn't receive a refund. As a business owner myself I would say it is hardly necessary to contact someone over the weekend, especially if you have circumstances that clearly prevent you from doing so. My daughter's birthday party was higher priority than sitting down and doing admin work and reporting a broken balloon. You would have thought that counts as a reasonable argument but Katie was adamant and I received no money back. I shall not be ordering from them again in the future. Shame, as they could have so easily dealt with the situation. Balloons pop, get over it! Give out refunds when they do and be a little bit more forgiving towards your customers, they will appreciate it!
