I contacted TFG the day before to check everything was ok and they never said that should it be raining they could not deliver the castle especially considering I ordered a bounce house with a roof. This was for a charity event and had we known we would not have used them. It’s May and light showers so this excuse was ridiculous tbh if this was the case they should have called first thing in the morning so we could arrange alternative entertainment for the kids. I have since canceled future bookings with them and would not recommend then at all. Poor communication and actually rude staff.

Highly recommend and amazing customer service. Verified customer. Recently booked the spider man bouncy castle for our Sons birthday. When called it was very short notice. George and his team came through and delivered. From the start George was open, honest and professional in what he could and couldn’t do. This concerning our ideas and requests. Within 24hrs from phone call to the set up of the party. We managed to get the bouncy castle of our choice. George came round to set everything up. Which he done all by himself. During one point we needed more safety mats for the children. George was more than happy to leave, then come back with the extra safety equipment. Which only took 30 mins to collect. As a parent I was worried about the day itself. Having to plan with my Wife the final details of the kids party. George helped us feel relaxed and reassured. To add I personally could feel the enthusiasm, excitement and passion from George. This is very rare in my opinion these days from companies. From start to finish the service and communication was nothing short of exceptional. Affordable not to mention. From the bottom of our hearts.
