My beautician Jada is amazing and I can't fault her at all but... The clinic cancelled multiple appointments with less than 48 hours notice (sometimes I found out when I arrived!) - "faulty machines", "system upgrades" the list goes on. I paid for my legs fat reduction treatment(£1,400 ) for 8 sessions which the manager recommended to have good results. The treatment has essentially become ineffective because of the constant delays and cancellations. There is no visible difference since the treatments and I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service.That is not a small amount of money to be sniffed at, the whole thing is a con. Don't waste your money.

Very bad !! As soon as u finish the laser sessions the hair grows back. After 10 sessions the hair is back 3 months after i stopped as it was before. Waste of money!!
