I had a couple of issues all through my appointments which included delays, cancellations, issues with the treatment with some burns and general issues with logistics of the treatment. All of which were result of evident understaffing issues in the location. Despite these issues which were not only frustrating but unacceptable, Jessica, the manager in this location was superb. She was incredibly understanding and professional about the situation. She kindly helped find a solution and was very supportive. She deserves recognition for all of her hard work so I thought to send out this message. I was really put off from booking any more treatments but she has been very reassuring and helpful to me. Now I wouldn’t rule out booking any more treatments thanks to her kind approach to dealing with the situation.
