I've been ripped off and do not recommend the therapie clinic at all. I bought a course of laser hair removal treatments during the pandemic. I had a few appointments and it went well, but I need some more now as some the hair grows back. I had one left, which I tried to book in April. After wrongly telling me that my course of treatment had expired, they said I could use my last treament once they'd add it back on the app. However, it doesn't show on the app. If the tratment doesnt show on the app, it can't be booked. It's beeen 4 week now, I've called them several times, emailed them, officially complained in writting, and all they tell me is 'I'll speak with my supervisor' . I've been trying to use my last appointment since April. It still doesnt show on the app. I have no treatment, but they have my money. What a rip off!

Very disappointed service! We booked a Hydrafacial treatment for two people three months in advance, and we were told 5 minutes before the appointment that 1) there was severe delay for the apointment and 2) there was a “system” error that only one appointment was booked successfully. We asked for a refund and was told there is no refund policy. We made a complaint to management team.
