I have used The Ark Home & Pet Care a couple of times now and I have been so pleased with the level of care my two cats received while I was away. Each day I looked forward to the photos and message I was sent - very reassuring that all was ok back home! Adam even watered the plants, took in the post and feed the garden birds. Nothing is too much trouble. Zoe was great at replying to any emails I sent. Both are very friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs top quality pet care while away!

We were really pleased to have The Ark Pet and Home Care look after our home and cat whilst we went away for the week. Perfect service, could not ask for more- even last minute requests such as watering the Brussels sprouts were attended to. It was a relief to know that our home and moggy were in safe hands whilst we were away, and meant that we could enjoy our break away all the more. Will definitely use again and will recommend to my friends and neighbours.

What a service! We always have worried about leaving our many pets, 4 cats and 4 Guinea Pigs, with people we don’t know. But we found this company run by a local couple. Worry no more. They came round and took some detailed notes, getting to know the quirks of the animals and which is which. They even sent us pictures of the animals and updates on which cats they saw etc. We even had 2 guinea pigs in isolation from the others, this wasn’t an issue at all. Well done and thank you. Not just from us, but from our small zoo too.
