Just finished 6 week watercolour course with Delia. They are a friendly group and I thoroughly enjoyed their company. Delia is patient and a first rate teacher. Somehow she taught me watercolour techniques that I never imagined I would ever do. And it has given me a proper understanding too of the work of professional artists. Altogether pretty transformative!

The Art Shop is a great local shop. The shop is well stocked with everything needed for artists. If they haven't got what you need Delia and Phil can quickly order it in for you. I am attending a 6 week beginners watercolours course. Delia is a great teacher. Putting everyone in our small group at ease. I have learned so much and I am really surprised at the paintings I am able to produce with Delia's help and encouragement. I can't recommend this course enough. It's also excellent value for money. They are a great local business and care about the community by providing a warm space all day Friday. We went along and were given a warm welcome by Phil. He made us a hot drink and offered a choice of delicious cakes. It was lovely to meet and chat to others who were enjoying the warm space too. Thank you very much Delia and Phil.

The Alexander Hotel on tour at the The Art room . Really enjoyed Delia’s 6 week watercolour classes , relaxing ,friendly and informative. The shop is a treasure trove of paintings, paint and equipment all in a relaxed atmosphere. It’s really important to support small businesses remember they have a soul and a conscience 😍😍🌟
