    Had back trouble for a long time now. My job is physical and things had built up over time. Went to my doctor who was no help at all so went to see Dr Ridings. Very knowledgeable and seemed know what the problem was and how he could help. I started treatment and noticed an instant improvement. It has taken time to fully resolve the problem but after a few months have no back problems at all. Almost can't believe where I am now to where I was. I can't recommend highly enough.     Too early to comment on effectiveness of treatment, but having just returned from an initial consultation, I can say without hesitation that William Richard Ridings is a complete professional. It is my wife that is receiving treatment (I merely tagged along), but we both agreed that Dr/Mr Ridings delivered a clear, concise, and well informative consultation. Through this effective consultation, we are confident that follow up treatment will definitely help with my wife's ailment. Edit: 3 sessions in and my wife is feeling a brilliant sense of freedom with her back. Restricted mobility issues virtually eradicated.     Had physio and did yoga to relieve my upper/lower back pain and right shoulder pain but the problem remained and so did the pain. Decided to try Purity Clinic to deal with any underlying issues that couldn't be corrected by physio or yoga/exercise. I am happy to report that after 9 sessions with Richard i am virtually pain free,with just a little pain remaining in right shoulder,which is slowly improving with every session.
