Really efficient and friendly service. I made the order from Switzerland but was able to coordinate easily with Spencer via telephone and email to choose options and fonts etc. Always had full confidence that RT was going to deliver what I wanted. I made the first call on a Tuesday and the items were ready for collection before the weekend. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use RT again. Thanks for all your help.
