Rude staff and expensive! Went here to pick up some last minute balloons for a party. Picked up two large ‘75’ balloons and asked to fill 6 of my own balloons with helium. It came up to £41, which was an absolute rip off. You’re better off getting it from Amazon. The three guys at the shop clearing didn’t know what they were doing. One of the burst one of my balloons and didn’t even mention it until we brought it up. They were rude and refused to replace the balloon after they burst it. They’re an absolute joke.

This company go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want and need. Not being able to leave my home I phoned as spoke to a young man whose name begins with V. Sorry I can’t remember your full name). He described all the balloons available to send for my 2 year old Grandsons birthday. Then emailed them to me. Then the same with birthday cards. Then he very kindly wrote in the card for me. I was not rushed or did I feel like a nuisance. My son has just FaceTimed me to show a very happy 2 year old with some beautiful balloons, a lovely card saying that the delivery man has to be one of the loveliest men he has ever met. I will be telling everyone who will listen about your shop. Thank you so much. 😊
