    Awesome service at a great price! I needed a derailleur hanger adjusted to fix a shifting problem. Nathan did it in a flash on the same day and now the gears are shifting like new. Top bloke. Highly recommended.

    It is not often that you find a good professional but also a great human being in one but we were just so lucky when we called the Bike Smith's just before their closing time for a long-shot ask to help us put our little girl's birthday present together! The bike delivery was (days!!!) late and we were left with a big box and in complete desperation on the eve of her birthday. Nathan not only accepted to help us after hours, but was able to put the bike together within an hour, making our 3 year old very happy. Thank you!!! We will never go anywhere else for anything bike-related but to the Bike Smith's!
