All the staff were very friendly, I received great treatment from the dentist and the whole process was very efficient. I was also really impressed with the availability of appointments, especially as a lot of NHS dentists either having long waiting lists or are not accepting new patients. Would definitely recommend!

Male Receptionist that I spoke too is the rudest and most hostile person I’ve ever encountered, said he couldn’t book me an appointment because I was no longer a patient because I wasn’t making regular appointments, I don’t see why I would be making appointments if I didn’t have a reason to see the dentist. He also didn’t give a proper explanation he just repeatedly said “I will not book you at this practice” He then went on to say the practice is full but he said we could pay £50 if I want to be seen but if they were honestly full I don’t see how £50 would change the fact of them being full. Essentially he was just looking for a way to exploit money out of me. Horrible. Please don’t waste your time at this practice it’s not worth it.

Considering this was the dentist I had been going to since I was a child.. the first time going as a mother suffering with ppd with 2 small children 1 being a newborn at the time, I cancelled a prior appointment because of a hospital emergency. the one that was rebooked I came in 5 minutes late apologised because of traffic I sat and wait for some time before I was called in and the female dentist felt the need to make an absolute fool out of me, she laid me back in the chair told me to open my mouth and then proceeded to scorn me about wasting her time told me to get up and told me that I won’t be a patient with them anymore and asked me to leave. I was in complete shock I just left in tears. I haven’t sat in a dentist chair since. Do not recommend this place at all!

Asked to move my appointment because they closed Vauxhall station which was open this morning. Very rude person on the phone that tried to make it look as of it was my negligence. As an HCP myself I Wouldn't advice a practice that treats patients like this before the first visit.

The service was ok when I went but the downfall of it was that I was slightly mislead and a bit disheartened a little bit for how many wisdom teeth I got as I was told I had 3 but in fact I did use to have 4 which was confirmed by another dentist which they have found decaying of the 2 wisdom which is in process of removing them but 1 had been removed by the other dentist but now the other tooth is be done at the hospital as the other dental place has referred me as the bottom wisdom tooth is causing more problems and sitting on a nerve aswell
