The man working there didn’t speak a word of English. Tried to explain I’d like the inside & outside cleaned, pointed to the service on the menu to which he nodded and completed an invoice. At £5 more than most car washes, I used it for convenience. Whilst the outside was clean, the inside was not and there were mud marks still on the back of the seats, dirty mats & plastic not wiped. As it’s dark in the car park, I only noticed when I had gotten home. So disappointed and feel ripped off. Would not recommend. Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Overcharged and fobbed off with a poor excuse about staff being new, seems like common practice for your card to be charged a rounded up amount in the hopes you won’t query. Won’t be returning.

Absolutely shocking car wash. Didn’t do the roof - left filthy and the wing mirrors still had dirt on them and cobwebs - almost didn’t look like it’d been touched. We paid £24.95 for basically a rinse. Not worth the money, don’t do it.

I asked for a gold package at £25. After getting my baby and bags out I was told my car was “too dirty” and I had to have the top level clean which they would “reduce” to £80. My car had some winter road dirt and general hoovering was needed, it wasn’t exactly filthy. An absolute joke. They literally refused me a standard clean on a weekday midmorning. I had to put my crying baby back in the car to park in a normal bay. Avoid!
