The chicken wings are more like chicken shins - zero meat and all bone. The curry sauce looked a bit like sick but tasted ok. The chips were good

Bought Cod and chips. When I arrived home the Fish was all dried up as were the chips nothing was fresh it must have been sitting there for hours. My advice is make sure you see what you are paying for. Mine went straight in the bin. Phoned and complained but I don't think they understood my complaint. Won't be going there again.

Ordered a cod and chips got the medium as was out of large, bloke deliberately put a small in and covered it with chips and shut the lid quickly, trusted them to be professional but sadly this was not the case this time, went back some weeks later with the same bald bloke was on duty, thinking it’s a one off I asked for the same again “ medium” cod and chips, got it home and the same thing a small……… this time I know it was definitely deliberate, as the order was being processed the bald guy told something to another guy and both just laughed, now I’ve passed many times and noticed that all portions are considerably smaller and the medium fish are cut in half length ways but still the same price. Shame on them as this was a fantastic chippy at one point and loved the food from that shop what on earth has gone wrong with this place?……. Fix up guys you can definitely do better!

Staff rude and unfriendly. Huffed and puffed when I asked to purchase a soft drink after having already spent £12 because of a “miNimUm cArD pAyMeNt”. Like really? Also the cod was definitely not cod. Maybe haddock or halibut but it was way too meaty/chewy to be cod. It didn’t taste that great either and the chips were very subpar. The battered sausage was disgusting. Tollington’s down the road is way cheaper and has much much better food (way friendlier as well).
