From my first contact by telephone, I've been impressed with this clinic and their high levels of customer service, especially from NICOLA on Reception. Calls are answered swiftly, with enthusiasm and care. There's a calm and relaxing ambience, very clean. Consultant James Hickey is a gem; highly recommended. He explained everything so well and squeezed me in for an op that day. I'm so grateful and very impressed.

Useless two consults with two separate DRs including one GP both got diagnosis wrong! For 2 things easily diagnosed, Had to go to Nuffield and own GP in the end, waste of time and money! Don’t bother waste your time and also they go into your NHS medical records without permission, for one I did not know they had a legal right to do that!, scary how our very personal private nhs/GP data can get looked at by any organisation just like this one!
