I had a ‘luxury’ gel manicure and have been left with brittle, throbbing, painful to the touch nails after my nails were hacked at for 45 minutes to remove previous gels. To top this off, the gel applied peeled off after an hour. When I complained and sent pictures, I was told that they believe they had delivered a 5 star service. This I find as concerning as the state of my nails! I spent £65 to be left in pain. I have since reported to Trading Standards. AVOID!!!!! Service: Manicure

Just been for an amazing first experience at The cove spa Harpenden. I am pregnant and had a mother to be ritual treatment with lovely lady Skye...including back, hand and foot massage, decleor facial. She was very calming, attentive and ensured I was comfortable at all times. Would highly recommend. I have to thank the manager also as I received a discount email which later I found out was not for this branch but she honoured it in good faith (I must say to no fault of hers but the email did not specify this so it has been reported to directors). Will be back!

Having been a regular client for some time, I cannot recommend it highly enough. The service is fantastic, the treatments are amazing and it is great value for money. The lovely ladies that work here have always been very friendly, professional and have offered me some great advice and recommendations. I personally have tried a variety of treatments that are on offer, all of which have been faultless. It’s definitely worth a visit!
