James is a wizard. Never had needle (acupuncture) treatment this well before; wasn't painful; but was a little surprising/ uncomfortable at moments. - had a pain in my neck/ shoulders for years, like a dull pain that sometimes got sharper/ worse. - Not healed (only been once, a couple of days ago)..... but already feeling more relaxed/ less stressed. Can't wait for the next session! He really knows his muscles/ muscle groups 🤣 - Thank you

Absolutely fantastic treatment. This therapist managed, within one week, to treat a very bad lower back issue I had and make me about 90% better. I couldn't sleep and sit for any amount of time because of the pain and dry needling is the only thing that helped. James is a miracle worker! Highly recommended.

I went to see James for the first time for a massage because I had some shoulder pain. His therapy room was warm and welcoming. He was very polite and professional. He explained to me that I probably need dry needling in my shoulder for a quicker result but as I don’t like needles, I chose the massage. After being treated once I felt the result instantly and signed up for treatment regularly. James also explained to me what kind of exercise I need to do to prevent the pain in the future. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
