After my first ear injection, I felt very painful. So I planed to sit in the sofa for half hour, which located just behind the reception. A black lady who worked in reception came to me twice asked me go to do the payment. I told her I couldn’t walk just now and only need half hour to sit. I also asked her if she could bring the card machine to me, she said no. Thing is, I would not able to escape the payment, cause I had to go through the reception if I leave. I also realized later that they did have movable card machine. How rude was that lady!

From the moment I met Mr Manjaly, I was put at ease and knew I was in the right hands. I have Single Sided Deafness and was looking into the option of a Cochlear implant. My Manjaly understood, cared and was very knowledgeable about SSD and how CI is a good option. He listened to me about my concerns and how it affects my life, and at not one point did I feel like he wasn't caring about everything I was saying. He talked in great detail my options, how the CI works and how it could help me. I was able to leave with enough information to make the right decision and since having the surgery I don't regret a thing. Meeting Joseph has been the best thing to happen in a very long time. My life has been completely changed, I met him Jun 10th and by the start of August I had the surgery. After the surgery if I ever have any questions, he takes the time to listen and answer. I would highly recommend talking with Joseph what ever stage you are at with your Single sided deafness or any hearing issues!

Mr Manjaly was flipping amazing. I visited the centre earlier, barely being able to hear due to ear wax build up in both ears. I left with regained hearing I haven't experienced in years. I'd genuinely forgotten what it felt like to hear properly. Having had many issues with my ears over the years I can't see myself going to anyone else in the future (although hopefully I won't have to). Couldn't recommend Mr Manjaly enough. After having my ears completely blocked due to a build up of wax, Dr. Manjaly spent a good amount of time (and I mean a GOOD amount of time) cleaning them! It was a tough procedure because the wax had built up quite a bit and become very hard. He was extremely welcoming, reassuring and kind as he treated me! His professionalism and customer care is amongst the best I have experienced by a medic!
