Booked a full signature spa day for my sisters birthday and we had a lovely experience. We received a warm welcome, we’re shown around by the young man on the reception desk to make sure we knew where we were going. The facilities were clean, it’s lovely and peaceful and set well away from the main road so it’s really quiet, the mud chamber and massages we received were excellent, the afternoon tea was delicious and plentiful. Overall a really nice day and would definitely return.

I enjoyed a day spa here yesterday. Staff were cheerful and welcoming. All the facilities were clean. Lovely hot showers. The back massage was wonderful and the therapists were very professional and skilled. I felt very relaxed after spending the day here.

Have now increased the day pass rate by £10 per person. Booked in 4 of us £160 for 1hr 30 mins. Can’t see any new facilities in the spa. Just about managed to use all the facilities. Hot tub was hogged by a man all the time we were there. Made us feel very awkward. Shame because we liked this place and was considering a membership. Used to come here at least every month. Be happy for management to contact me to restore my faith in the establishment.

Recently became a member to try for 6months and have left in for 1 month to review, firstly the good. Great location, easy parking, gym has a good range of equipment, the pool is clean as is everything else. The not so good, I object to being adressed as buddy or mate etc by reception staff when a simple good morning or good afternoon or even a smile would do this does not project a high-end feel as I would have thought the owners would like to portray. There is a lack of attention to detail which would be very cheap & easy to fix which again downmarkets the health club.
