Booked a home survey with The Garage Door Team with a window of 12noon - 1pm today for either a new garage door or repair. Sent their engineer Ian photos and details of door on email. When no-one arrived I rang their local number to be told as photos showed parts would be needed which they didn't have in, no-one would be visiting. I said I hadn't ordered anything, just after the survey offered. "Oh, hasn't Ian not got back to you?" "Oh, definitely no-one visiting". "Do you want to leave it?" Answer: "No only am I leaving it, I'll do more than that" - I'll write a review about your bad service !! A.R.
