    After my initial lash lift and lamination, I went back for another treatment. Unfortunately, this time, things went horribly wrong, before an event. Adessa completely botched my brows AND lashes (the lash 'lift' literally dropped straightaway, and she had also completely overwaxed off one of my eyebrows, leaving them looking sharp and harsh). I complained about this to Adessa straight away. I even sent her photos to show what she had done, and she agreed that the lashes had dropped and the brows were not right. She then offered me a "free", "complimentary" treatment as a gesture of goodwill for her "to put things right". When I then contacted her to book this in, she proceeded to completely ghost me. Disappointing, but predictable behaviour. A very dishonorable, unprofessional business 'woman'. Very rude and unprofessional! This speaks volumes to me. To be honest, I'm seeing this as a blessing in disguise. She probably would have botched up my lashes and brows again, so I'm counting myself as lucky! Not worth it! Be warned! If you value your brows and lashes, go to a professional.

    I’ve been going here for over a year now as Adessa and the treatments are always just perfect. She is honestly just the loveliest person, so friendly and welcoming - I always feel at ease and in the best hands. She does the most gorgeous LVL, the transformation between the before and afters are always insanely good and it always looks incredible.
