Moody shopkeeper who will refuse even the smallest package delivered by Royal Mail from eBay/online retailers etc even though by having the ‘COLLECT+’ terminal it really obliges them to do so. Being nice costs nothing. ‘Collect+’ should remove them from their service.

am i reading about the same shop?? i have recently moved to the area and i find the staff very easy to communicate with, i understand they are NOT degree students, BUT they know all about the goods they sell... parcels i cant answer for.. (it may be out of thier hands). i find my basic day to day goods here ( not a weeks shop). i like the great range of quality wine they hold in stock.. thanks guys

Sadly a similar experience to many others. Made a vague claim about not being able to scan collect+ returns until 10am and that I needed to come back later. Really unhelpful and not true when checked against the collect+ website.
