Very nice looking coaster, good quality materials. The coaster was delivered in good packaging and quickly. My only minor point/suggestion would be for the particular coaster I ordered to be accompanied by a note that explains some of the back story about the reasons for the selection within the alphabet, for example the zebra crossing, when I Google its connection to Yorkshire I aren't able to find any and some of the people on the coaster needed a search to find out who they are.
