My nails as ever are perfect but that is down to the pure skill professionalism shown by Vanessa. On the other hand I do not appreciate turning up for a pre-booked appointment to be told the price has increased by £5.00 shame on the owners or managers for not letting customers know or at least telling them at this visit of a Price increase to be introduced at next visits. By the way a sign with a very small font on your reception desk does not constitute advising customers 😡. If I had a choice I would have given 5 for Vanessa and 1 for the salon Services: Pedicure, Waxing
