The whole process of booking an appointment to getting seen was so smooth. The appointment with DR Saulkhe was informative, friendly and efficent. The Dr has a wonderful manner and explained everyhting very clearly. Karmen the PA to the clinic was wonderful, so helpful and made a very nervous patinet feel at home. The communication and repsonse times are faultless.

I made an appointment to see Professor O'Neill due to Palpitations and a episode when I experienced an irregular fast heartbeat. Professor O'Neill was extremely polite & professional during the consultation. He listened carefully to my symptoms and was very thorough in the questions he asked. He suggested a number of investigations which helped to identify the problem. During my follow up consultation he gave me a clear detailed explanation of the results and advised next steps. His team are courteous & professional and responded quickly to my queries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Professor O'Neill and the Heart Rhythm Clinic.

I am extraordinarily pleased with benefits of having visited Professor O'Neil to discuss my heart condition and in his helping to advise on the treatment path that now has produced such a real improvement to my quality of life. Aside from having the reassurance that I was being dealt with by someone of Professor O'Neils professional stature I found that he was extremely personable and easy to talk to and that he took an interest in me as a person as well as a patient. He took time to explain in detail the particular condition in my hearts synchronism problems and how it could be addressed with a pacemaker of the type I now have had successfully fitted. I could not be more pleased and thankful for both the consultation and the outcome that it allowed for myself.

Nov 2019 Highly irregular encounter with Prof O Neil and his assistant. Following an interest to find out why I’m getting Infrequent chest pains, I thought I’d refer via bupa to a general heart doctor and discover what is going on, if anything. Seems he only sees patients who have a predefined issue that he can treat. I did not even have an initial consultation. Being highly selective in the cases accepted comes across as ‘rich / easy pickings‘ that is the impression I’m left with. I will not be using this service.
