Friendly, approachable staff, both via a manager by way of email and in store staff. Shout out to Gosia and Natacha. Highly recommended. I wouldn't hesitate to utilise this office again.

Don't waste your time going to cash a cheque. I received a cheque from HMRC seven days ago but as I've been out of the country I've not been able to cash it. Rather than wait a couple of days I decided to pay the fee to get the cash same day, given I'd spent a little more than expected whilst away. The response the the cashier was sorry, we're not going to cash this instantly for you because of the date on the cheque! I enquired what she meant as the cheque was a little over a week old. Her response.... Well it takes 5 days to process a cheque, so there's nothing to say you haven't cashed this online with your bank and then trying to double cash with us.... Wow! Thanks for insinuating that a customer walking through your door is a thief. I have used them several times over the years without incident so it's not like they had cause for concern. I won't be going back, down right rude to suggest that. Also, the cheque was for little over £50 and was. To tide me over a week until I got paid. If I was going to commit cheque fraud I'd atleast make it worth while. She then offered to pay it into my bank for a fee 😂. No thanks, I'd rather walk 200yds and pay it in myself for free. Fair to say I shall not be returning.

Horrible experience, if you notice here, the only good reviews are from British people because the staff is only nice to them but extremely racist towards our African friends trying to use Western Union. Would not recommend this store and I know accounts of the staff selling fakes posing them as "Rolex style watch". Beware!
