Having studied with the Institute across the Higher Certificate, Diploma and Heraldry correspondence courses the only disappointment was when the course ended. All were produced to an incredibly high standard and the Tutor mentoring aspect was invaluable, without which the studying process would have felt isolated and nowhere near as enjoyable and as fulfilling as it was. My simple advice to anyone considering furthering their genealogical knowledge is this, the IHGS course material, support and mentoring are of the highest quality at affordable prices, don’t hesitate, just do it, you won’t regret it.

I love studying with IHGS; the tutors are all so approachable and helpful; the courses are thorough and so interesting and the zooms they offer - both paid tutorials or free workshops (for students) - are professionally run and cover a wide range of topics. They have an excellent team with a big thank you to Emma the Registrar for keeping everything on track!
