The clinic did not give me a choice to choose monofer which has less side effects but is more expensive for them but they still charge us the same price. They did not do a phospate test to check my current levels. They did not tell me ferrinject is dangerous and can result in very low phospate levels which can cause bone pain and hypophastemia in around 85% of patients. There are pending law suits in the US regarding this infusion. I have tried to complain but all im told is to book another appointment to discuss it (and i will have to pay for the appointment...wow!). Ridiculous customer service.

My partner had been bed bound for 2 months with the NHS not willing to do anything she attended the iron clinic for an infusion (they were amazing) within a week she is like a different women and I feel I have got my partner back. Can't thank them enough and if there were more than 5* I would give more

I have been battling low iron levels for years and supplements just doesn't work for me due to digestive issues. I finally took the plunge and had a great consultation with Toby on the Tuesday and the Monday after I had my transfusion. 1 week later and I am feeling so much better - my tiredness is gone and my body is clearly enjoying the benefits. Don't know what took me so long! I highly recommend this clinic.

I will urge many people to have their ferritin level checked and have an infusion at the clinic . Yes you need your blood results so the right amount is injected to you and when that is done you may have side effects that will last couple of days but your energy level comes back after few weeks. I feel like a new me, not always tired anymore and do not struggle to get up in morning anymore.

Travelled to London from bham. Got to clinic noone there to let me in to building. No drs in the clinic.. was told to walk to get my own bloods tested 2 streets away! Finally had infusion 4hrs later.. was given a half dose paid full price...wasnt shown a full breakdown of results or discussed, only told ferritin was 21. then post treatment i requested results.. this took 2 months for someone to reply to my email I had to post a comment on social media to get a copy of my results... when I did this I was immediately sent the results and told not to post comments and blocked... they'll probably remove this review too... my opinion.. take your money and zero patient care..
