This morning travelling between Ackton and Pontefract Golf course was a Chris Buttle instructor, with poor visibility due to fog , having a silver car and no lights on in them conditions is not very good training , I gave a 1 star but should be a zero but wouldn’t let me post this with a zero

I was taught by their Wolverhampton-based Instructor called Nirmal Singh, who stole £480 of my money that I paid him for advance lessons (12 of them) but he never paid me back nor taught me the 12 lessons he was meant to teach. Here’s my story. Nirmal taught me 23 Lessons between 7th December last year till January 12th this year. Shortly before my 23rd/final lesson with him on the 12th of January. I bulk-bought 12 additional lessons/slots with him which cost me £480, that I payed him via bank transfer but then HE DISAPPEARED WITH MY MONEY… and I kept chasing him via WhatsApp and he responded saying he'll return it but never did. Eventually he said he'll find an alternative instructor for me but never did that either and by end of February, he completely avoided responding to me. I was nothing but consistently polite and engaging towards him and this just proves how heartless he is to have ran off with a student's money like that. STEER AWAY, HE'S A FRAUD. I TRIED REPORTING HIM TO LDC DRIVING SCHOOL BUT WEREN'T TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THIS, other than having revealed to me that his Instructor's license expired last year in September.. WHICH CAME TO ME AS A SHOCK THAT I SAT IN A FRAUDSTER'S CAR FOR 23 LESSONS, UNAWARE THAT HE WAS FRAUDULENTLY TEACHING ME & LATER, STEEL MY MONEY!! HAVE REPORTED HIM TO THE POLICE FINALLY, as this year I just had a lot of family drama going on, not to have focused on dropping a review and just grew tired of chasing him earlier this year but now that my head was clear, I realised I should've dropped this review a lot sooner in case he's still fraudulently teaching others.

LearningwithPaul.co.uk - "Hi I'm Paul, I am a fully qualified Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and I am passionate about road safety." - (says his website.) I saw him today driving through Pontefract using the mobile phone, in motion behind the wheel. A reminder then for Paul : "You can get an automatic Fixed Penalty Notice if you're caught using a hand-held phone while driving or riding. You'll get 6 penalty points on your licence and a fine of £200. If you passed your driving test in the last 2 years, you'll lose your licence." - so much for being passionate about road safety, a very poor example to see for potential learners/customers. And, like me, the Government would not approve. In a car covered in decals advertising your services, you have to BE the role model. You lost me and my boy in an instant.
