This is the worst medical practice I have ever been. I’m pregnant, on one occasion they laughed in my face for a medical problem I was experiencing, on another occasion they refused to see me. Incompetent to say the least.

This surgery is absolutely shocking, the service is so poor. They make different processes up for different days when ever they feel like it. The telephone system is terrible. Reception just make everything unnecessarily awkward, I have finally decided to move surgery’s.

They received email for medication from Christie’s for medication . I called them and Already confirmed they received it .then Monday they suddenly lost the email and they seem to be total brain in this doctors . Also they send your medication email not to the doctors next door they send it somewhere else the doctors next door chemist inform me last time - totally unprofessional and read dead doctors how thick can they get
