Location. Location location. Friendly helpful staff who mean well. Internet didn’t work. It was clean but worn out. Tiny room and terrible bed. You hear everything. Basically an amateur affaire which could be so much better

The location is great, the staff very friendly but the room was a bit of a let down. Besides that it was tiny, very noisy and just not clean. Things were unnecesairy broken and not taken care of. Broken light, broken light switches, broken clothing rack, broken shutters, worn down bathroom furniture with water damage, rust and lime scale in the shower and chipping paint on the walls. This has nothing to do with being a budget hotel, for the price you pay, you expect more.

(Translated by Google) Rarely seen such an incompetent hotel management. We wanted to cancel the booked room and hoped for a refund as a gesture of goodwill. Communication with the so-called "head of compliance" is beyond bad. Here a topic is deliberately left out and, if at all, answered extremely late, so that there is no longer any opportunity to act. In our case, we contacted the hotel about 2 weeks before the said weekend with a request for cancellation and refund. The hotel was fully booked on that weekend, which means there would definitely have been an opportunity to rent the room to others. Instead, reference was always made to this stupid and customer-unfriendly compliance regulation. No trace of a concession. Because of this bad experience I would not book the hotel again under any circumstances!!

(Translated by Google) Hotel in an ideal location on a charming street, very atmospheric. The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful the only small downside is the rather poor condition of the bathroom.

(Translated by Google) Fair value for money. The staff was friendly! The hotel is located 5 minutes from the train station! The negative points: the size of the bed, the shower does not close, towels too small and very tired!
