Always a great service from the staff. Special mention to Joanne who on many occasions has gone above and beyond to help me. She is a credit to your surgery team. Lynne the nurse is amazing. Been seeing lynne for many years now. Always happy and helpful. Will always help you anyway she can. Another true credit to your surgery.

Just moved to this surgery and I wish I hadn’t bothered. Ring at 8 can never get through and when you do there’s never any appointments. Twice now I’ve had to use 111 service for them to email the GP to offer me an appt. The receptionist has a poor attitude too- don’t understand why people who can’t be bothered with the public go into this kind of work. There’s just no need to be spoken to the way I did. Anyways I’d avoid because you’ll be dead and burried the time you get an appointment here!

In mine and my family’s experience this GP surgery is shocking and has gone right downhill since Dr Neville very sadly passed away. He was the best GP ever, in my opinion. They dismissed my sister’s back pain as anxiety, weight gain and stretch marks as coming off the pill and her sudden breathlessness as asthma. Dismissed time and time again by the doctors in the few years leading up to her death. Not long after moving out of the catchment area and after joining a new GP, she found out she had adrenal cancer that spread to her lungs and liver with Cushing’s syndrome. This is what the breathlessness, the weight gain/stretch marks and back pain was! If you want your health taking seriously, I would not be a patient at this GP. My sister wasn’t ever taken seriously by the GPs at this practice as regards her health and now she is dead. Our sister passed away at 30 years old 3 weeks ago. Had this GP surgery taken my sister’s health seriously, she might have had a fighting chance. My sister who is still with us had a telephone appointment with the GP surgery yesterday to ask for help with her mental health and sleeping issues as a result of our recent bereavements (mum and sister passing away) to be told by the GP she spoke with that she “can’t change anything” regarding the deaths we’ve experienced this year and gave her some sort of lecture on grief which was not helpful and not the reason why she called and he did not want to help her at all. It took for my sister to literally beg for something to help her sleep for him to prescribe her something. The way he was with her over the phone was not at all appropriate for what she was asking for. Again, I would say if you want your mental health taking seriously, I would not join this GP surgery. I’m struggling myself with the deaths we’ve experienced and I wouldn’t even attend this GP surgery for help as I know I won’t get it. I have been at this surgery from being a very young child and only stayed after Dr Neville had passed away out of hoping the same values that he had would be upheld but this is obviously not the case! I will either pay privately or change surgeries.

Absolute terrible service from this place. I have to beg them for my mental health medication every time I need to order it I apparently need a review. 6 years I've struggled with severe clinical depression. And I'm not getting anywhere fast. Receptionists think they're gp's and are so confrontational it's beyond belief... 05/07/22 update. I have been trying to get my latest fit note and guess what. Another 2 days of arguments with reception. I honestly need to change from this place. No empathy. No professionality what so ever. 2 days ruined by waking up to arguing with same people I'd draining my mental health to the point it takes days to work up to going to pick anything up or booking an appointment. Told me to call tomorrow as Mike will be in once I asked to speak to him. Following day oh Mike's not in today. Typical fob offs as usual 20/7/22 updated review. After the last altercation I was assured by practice manager that I wouldnt have any issues with new prescription. As it will go through ok. Absolute lies. Still not had my meds . I've ran out again so it's back to square one . I feel like this GP doesn't give a toss about its patients especially men with mental health issues . Had enough . Time for a new doctors they've blown all credibility with me now. Update. 12/8/22 Just had a call from the receptionist who caused all the issues l. I have now been removed from the practice due to issues caused by koanne. If anyone is thinking about about joining this helll hole of inconsiderate receptionists then good luck. If anyone had any type of mental health issues then seriously consider a different practice. Absolutely disgusting service from these wrong uns. I was assured things would be sorted out. And randomly have a phone call telling me I have received a letter.which hasn'thappened. So now what have I got to do for my mental health medication. Absolute joke of a practice. They've only done this because they've been found out to be uncaring inconsiderate & no empathy whatsoever. I asked to speak to practice manager and was lied too once again. Given the wrong number for cheetham Hill practice. And also lied to about Debbis location on Monday. Do not trust these cowboys steer Cleer of this shambolic place. I bet they trained Harold shipman Update.5/8/22 Just tried to call as per Joanne's instructions on Friday. And Low and behold Debbie's on annual leave (apparently) yet more lies from unprofessional muppets. Trained liar thats all Joanne is. Let's see if I actually get a call back.

To book an appointment you need to phone at 8am and win the lottery. You can be phoning until past 9am before you get through, after hundreds and hundreds of attempts, only to be told all appointments are already taken, try again tomorrow. So, you try again and the same thing happens. We are phoning due to illness, we already stressed out and this makes your patients worse. If you win the lottery you’ll get a phone call and a rushed conversation. They sometimes are in such a rush and tell you off if you have more to say. It does not feel person centred, the booking system is completely dysfunctional, if you’re not confident then you have no chance of accessing any help. You’re allocated different doctors each time who usually have no recollection of your ongoing issues. I am sure everyone is trying their best but it’s the system in place that causes these problems. Please, reconsider the way things are being managed, it may be more convenient for the staff but the patients are suffering.
