Went in to pre-order a balloon arch for my sons second birthday last week, guy seemed very nice and approachable. Spoke about what we would like and gave my name and number for him to get back in touch with us regarding a quote in pricing and amount for the balloons. Didn’t have any form of contact from him regarding the above. So I returned and asked as to why we didn’t receive a Phone call in regards to the order, the response that we received wasn’t exactly great which went along the lines of “I forgot because I was on holiday, when is your sons birthday?”, well his birthday was today in actual fact! So not a very happy customer and not a great way to start a business when you promise customers that you will receive a phone call and he simply “forgot”. If you are going to order any balloons from here, I would make sure that they don’t forget, because it’s not great when you promise a customer one thing and then just simply forget about them!!
