Poor service, bad attitude from staff, overpriced, they charged everyone £4 each for sauce even though only 3 out of the 8 people had it, they never said if one person gets it then everyone has to pay. Don’t go to this place, its a scam!

One of the best restaurants and meals I’ve had in a while. Firstly the staff were super helpful and friendly and even recommended a place for us to be able to buy a drink that we really enjoyed there. The food was delicious considering we cooked the meats ourselves in the broth, the cuts of meat were really good and so were the spring onion pancakes. The dumplings were the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend a visit here.

We absolutely loved our experience at the Palace Hotpot. Everything from the decor, the selection of authentic Chinese food to the service was exceptional. Our work group consisted of different dietary requirements , all of which the staff were able to accommodate seamlessly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Palace Hotpot and we will certainly be coming back for more very soon.
