ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. Called their office prior, explained I was a local business with 10+ pallets per week - Rather than pay for disposal or wait for someone to pick them up I thought it would be perfect to drop them here. The lady couldn’t have been anymore helpful if she tried, explained that I needed to come to the window first and she would assist me. Get to the window, speaking to the lady to be abruptly shouted at through the door by someone who I can only describe as a manager for the day, the way he spoke to me was disgusting, after realising what was going on he tried to be nice! All good, get in my truck and go elsewhere, how that man has a job is beyond me! Thanks for the run about!

One of the worst experiences I had with a delivery company. We had to rearrange (and waste everyone's valuable time) the delivery on 3 occasions. What was truly unvelievable was that the first day the driver said he delivered to me (quoting my name) and I wasn't even in the space waiting for it. Furthermore they still have the package with them. Houdini couldn't appear things any faster. Good first impression, right? The second day it didn't show up due to times, or couldn't be arranged so we had to keep waiting for the goods we needed on time. But when finally arrived on the third day it wasn't as smooth and straight forwards as it should. The driver called me very aggressive asking where I was and that he was there, "do you want your package or not". Meanwhile I was trying to explain that I wasn't on the premises and I will contact the person on charge. I was having lunch with my kids as my wife was working. Having to deal with such an unpleasant character and that situation left me with a huge amount of stress. I sensed 0 empathy from the driver. lt seemed as if he was doing me a favour instead of offering a service which we paid for and it was already running late.
