5* service from the girls. I only want to use cruelty free perfumes and the staff searched and found numerous brands and scents for me. What I found most interesting was that The Perfume Shop have their own brand which are cruelty free, recyclable, and vegan. I actually liked all 3 of their scents the best and bought a bottle of each. The girls were all professional, knowledgeable and interested in finding something to suit my needs. Can’t ask for more! Fantastic!

Me and my friend visited the shop today and was served by a lovely woman called Dripti (apologies if I messed up the name). She took her time with us and helped us through MANY perfumes as we were after a particular smell. Bless her for giving us alot of samples to go through as well as advice. She was patient and friendly and we ended up buying 3 perfumes!! Thank you for your help, very good customer service and extremely kind and helpful as we weren’t the easiest customers I’m sure 😅
