Expensive (unsurprisingly), but good products, more refined and better quality than your typical gift shop. In terms of service though I expected better : the staff member who took care of me at the jewellery counter was really untrained, botched my gift packaging, and it felt like he was a bit lost (he was very nice though, the problem's not with him, it's with the visible lack of training).
