The hotel itself is perfectly situated, with restaurants and idyllic walks on its doorstep. Myself and my partner were overwhelmed by how delightful the staff were. It was my partner’s birthday and I wanted to have some balloons delivered to the room as a surprise. Not only did they accept the delivery and put the balloons in the room while we were out, they also left a bottle of Prosecco, chocolate and a signed card with their well wishes!!! We were both touched by their efforts! Aside from this gesture, we found them to be incredibly helpful and kind. I think they epitomise what it means to go over and above!! The Rathbone staff are an absolute asset, pay rises all round!!!!😉

wow. staff so nice and accommodating. prices in line with similar hotels...nice location. away from tourist hustle/bustle, but close to underground and 5 min walk to Soho shops. only minor suggestion is to include free hot coffee in restaurant. would recommend highly..and big thanks to Martina and Jesus.
