The Art Of Everyday Life
Beautiful decor inside, huge gorgeous outdoor seating area. Staff always friendly and attentive. They now have a red/ green table card system in place, whereby if you place it green facing up, staff no that you would like to order something or pay etc. The food is always amazing and is reasonably priced too. Nice selection of cocktails (my fave) the only criticism I have would be that it’s very annoying to be asked how your food is when it’s literally just been put in front of you and you’ve not even had chance to try it yet. Other than that 10/10.

Parking: Very small car park outside the venue, so you're lucky to find a space. There are some parking bays on the side of the road too, but again, it's limited spaces. Also, it's a 5ish minutes walk from the bus and train station.

Would be 4 or 5 stars for the service from the waiting staff, they were great as always. Problem was we ordered a Chicken Parmo which came pink in the middle (there was blood in the middle of the chicken) and when we sent it back the waitress, passing a message on from the chef, was that it was completely fine, the chicken was up to temperature and it's normal. Options given were to have the chicken as it was (who would be happy to eat pink, bloody chicken?) or to have it remade but wait 15+ mins, possibly longer as it was busy. In the end we decided we didn't want the undercooked chicken and as there was no offer to keep my meal warm while the kitchen remade the chicken parmo, my partner didn't end up eating a meal, and we shared my meal and left. Won't rush back.
