Helpful, friendly, knowledgable, honest, VERY fair pricing… I will never go anywhere else. An absolute rare gem of an individual, as honest as they come. Genuinely passionate and sincere in wanting to help, a non rushed service that beats your retail experience hands down. I was totally educated and the fact the Red Fox is unbelievably transparent, who else explains what they are doing and gives tips and advice as he repairs your bike and allows you to sit in, felt like a workshop, I left equipped with knowledge to help myself. Arranged an appointment with Fox who diagnosed the problems explained everything to me and then proceeded to fix them. He also gave me links to order parts for him to fit at a later date. We got in touch with Fox after an extremely disappointing experience with Halfords and were looking for servicing for two bikes. Fox saw us the same day and was meticulous in making sure our bikes were clean and safe and talked us through each stage so we'd know what to look for in the future.
